Very very good! I am on the ketogenic diet and this powder has helped me be able to get my veggies and nutrients in one place in the morning time I’m my smoothie. It doesn’t taste like much, however there is a slight difference in taste that I can tell in my smoothie but it is in no way bad, I can just tell I’m getting more nutrients. Haha. I've been adding this powder for a few weeks to my foods, bulletproof coffee, etc. It's got an olive oil taste, which I find pleasant. I had to figure out the best possible ways to incorporate it since it does have the olive oil taste. It works best in either smoothies, sauces or soups. Acai Bowl Recipe
Add to a high powered blender:
1 packet (100 grams) frozen acai berry packet
1/2 cup (118g) 100% apple juice from concentrate
1 Scoop of Keto Super Powder
1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Top your bowl:
